1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the relationship between Silva Villa Botique hotel (“Hotel”) and its guests (“Guests”).

1.2 By making a reservation, Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&C.

2. Reservations

2.1 Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

2.2 A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

2.3 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation if payment is declined or if the Guest fails to provide required information.

3. Check-in/Check-out

3.1 Check-in time is 14h00

3.2 Check-out time is 10h00.

3.3 Late check-out may be available, subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Payment

4.1 The Hotel accepts card and EFT payment methods.

4.2 A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

4.3 The balance of the room rate and any incidental charges must be paid upon check-out.

4.4 No cash is accepted on the premisses.

4.5 Additional fees may be charged for late checkout.

4.6 Additional fees may be charged for minibar.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellations or modifications must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

5.2 No-shows will incur a 100% fee.

6. Room Rates

6.1 Room rates are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Room rates do not include minibar, all meals and drinks not specified.

7. Liability

7.1 The Hotel is not liable for any damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control.

7.2 Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions or omissions.

8. Security

8.1 The Hotel takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of its Guests and their belongings.

8.2 Guests are responsible for securing their belongings and valuables.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these T&C will be resolved through.

10. Changes to T&C

10.1 The Hotel reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without notice.

10.2 Guests are responsible for reviewing the T&C prior to their stay.
